Bathrooms run 3–5 weeks, kitchens 6–10 weeks, and whole-home projects 3–6 months. You'll get a firm schedule before we break ground.
Do you handle design and permitting?
Yes. We produce layouts, manage selections, and pull all permits and inspections in-house so you have one point of contact.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully licensed and insured in the state of Florida. Documentation is provided with every proposal.
Do you offer fixed-price quotes?
Yes — once selections are made, we lock in a fixed price. Any change orders are signed off in writing before work continues.
